Inktober Day Seven: Exhausted

Exhaustion can be a great thing for the mind and body.

We have a few new births happening at work, which reminded me of my own experiences.

The evening of the delivery of our first born (Madison) in our tiny hospital room, I stayed up all night with my pinky in Maddi’s mouth to pacify her and allow Joyce to sleep. Little did I know there were free pacifiers just steps away at the maternity ward front desk. It was worth every second though. #Inktober2018ballpoint pen and marker
